They replaced my water softener resin bed for a very reasonable price, even when the tank ended up being larger than they anticipated. Even though it's a fairly simple job that you could do yourself, they have the tools and experience to do it very quickly, without costing too much more than the raw materials. It's hard to say if they are truly exceptional, because the job wasn't very complex, but they were professional, timely, and did good work, from what I saw.
